El Canal Eco Development
DEC is a developer, construction company, and firm dedicated to building and selling a unique residential and commercial project located at the entrance to Grecia, Alajuela. Of our 32 hectares, 60% remain green, with reforestation efforts focused on planting trees and other vegetation to regenerate the ecosystem.
We are building towers and houses in phases, and our commercial phase is about to begin, featuring restaurants, shops, a medical center, a hotel, a school, and more. It is a community focused on well-being and living well.
