 The Costa Rica Broker MLS https://mls.re.cr is engaging members to bridge a better understanding for the benefits and opportunities available to licensed Realtors in Costa Rica.  This includes opportunities available abroad from North America and Europe as well as other latin american countries interested in Costa Rica properties for investment, retirement or second home / vacation purposes.  We will be meeting and reaching out to Agents in the coming weeks and months to educate about the MLS and Sales tools available to the members of the Costa Rica MLS.  These tools yield great results once properly used. Since real estate is a multi-faceted profession and today's competitive, market, and technological challenges deserve a holistic approach towards achieving a better bottom line.

In addition, we educate about opportunities to earn more commission dollars for less time involvement. For example, market prices in North America are starting to approach 2007 levels, once again.  North America's strong influence in Foreign direct investment on this part of this hemisphere is starting to really show in areas that foreign buyers choose to settle here in Costa Rica. These upward market trends are felt most along the coast and in and near urban centers with multi-family construction and investments.

Foreign buyers on average spend more money, faster and in cash and oftentimes turn into repeat buyers and therefore represent a great opportunity in the comings months and years.
