CCCBR members will now receive Propertyshelf's MLS services as part of their membership package. Additionally, CCCBR members' listings will be exported to Immobel's international agent and realtor.com, NAR's global online property database, as it opens to international partners.

Immobel & NAR (Realtor.com) - CCCBR in cooperation with Propertyshelf has partnered with Immobel to offer agent-to-agent networking with realtors from over 100 NAR member associations, as well as hundreds of French Real Estate professionals associated through the French Association of Property Professionals (FNAIM). Your properties will be included into their network of international lead generation sites. This consumer direct sales portal features close to 2 million property listings, is visited by buyers around the world and is viewable in 13 different languages. We believe that this global exposure will make Immobel a valuable syndication partner for years to come.
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) which has remained the standard for professionalism in the United States for many years, and we are excited to export all our member's listings to their central platform, realtor.com, utilized by over 1 million Real Estate Professionals in the United States.
Real Estate Property Auction - Amongst the new features of the MLS is integration with the CCCBR/Propertyshelf auctioning platform. CCCBR member agents have the option to submit any property listing entered into the MLS for bidding in the quarterly CCCBR Real Estate Auctions. This will pull the property listing of our member Agents off the MLS/ open market until the next real estate auction, where it will be auctioned to the highest bidder. Sales commissions are guaranteed, and opening bids are set by the representing agent. With Costa Rica's largest banks marketing this platform, our auction software is a great way to generate local and global exposure for properties that are truly priced to sell.
In order to increase the listing quality and validity for cooperating agents and buyers on a global scale, CCCBR will now cross reference listing information with the public registry. CCCBR has worked hard to make this transition as smooth as possible for all of its members and has transferred your listings as of November from the existing MLS to the new platform on your behalf. The Propertyshelf MLS however has more entry fields that appeal to potential clients and allow for more advanced property searches. We will therefore require all of our member agents to update the folio real numbers and listing information before submitting properties for activation in order to pass thorough this important verification process.
- If your properties are not submitted and verified, they will not be eligible for activation on the MLS, Immobel, or realtor.com
CCCBR and Propertyshelf will also continuously update the MLS online help center for assisting agents with any possible questions they might have regarding the MLS and its functionality.
