COVID Costa Rica - USA Travel Restrictions lifted as of Nov 1st, 2020
Texas and Florida were added today to the October 15th list & all residents of all 50 USA States will be allowed again to travel to Costa Rica starting November 1. 2020
Canada and the EU citizens have been already allowed for several months now with California just opening up yesterday.
The Good News is that residents of Texas and Florida are opening up on October 15th and it was just announced that by November 1st all USA States are permitted to travel to Costa Rica.

- September 1: The following states were allowed to travel to Costa Rica: Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, or Virginia (and Washington, D.C.)
- September 15th: Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Michigan, and Rhode Island
- October 1: California
