Costa Rica is a Paradise. The "Ticos", as the natives are called here, are very kind, affectionate people and will always be willing to help you. A very good part is many Ticos speak English good enough, which will make your life a little easier when you arrive.

The Costa Rican real estate market is at a really interesting time, with hundreds of opportunities for investment and growth. There are lots of opportunities to buy new and second homes in excellent condition, to convert them into spaces to live and make money with short-term rentals.
